Please note that handover can only take place once we have received your Occupancy Permit and final payment has been processed. Please note this excludes NSW, in which case you are responsible for obtaining a final occupancy certificate). To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend holding off on giving notice at your current residence (if renting) until these steps have been completed and handover is confirmed.
