Can I visit my build site at any time?

We understand it can be tempting to visit your site while it is under construction. However, safety is always our top priority.

For this reason, all site visits - including those by you, your private inspector (if applicable), or representatives from your financial or lending institution - must take place in the presence of a Simonds representative.

This ensures the safety of everyone on site and allows us to comply with strict Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) requirements and legislation.

Please note that failure to comply with these requirements regarding site access may constitute a substantial breach of contract and could result in termination of the contract.
