Can I visit my build site at any time?

After months of planning and preparation, we understand how exciting it is to see your home take shape in real time. However, for everyone’s safety, access to the site must be carefully managed. 

To ensure we comply with strict OH&S requirements and keep all visitors, trades and staff safe, we ask that you, or your Private Building Inspector (if applicable), or any representatives from your lender only access the site when accompanied by a Simonds representative.
