Do I need to remove boundary fencing before construction?

If your home is being built on or close to a boundary, boundary fencing will usually need to be removed before construction can begin. We’ll let you know if this applies to your site and when it needs to happen. If fencing isn’t addressed before works start, it may cause delays or additional costs, so it’s best to plan for this early in the process.
