How does my water connection work during my build?

Your water connection is included as part of your land purchase, and you may have already received an invoice from your water authority. Water usage during your build is typically minimal.

For knockdown rebuild projects, a licensed plumber will safely disconnect, cap and seal existing water and sewer services before demolition begins. In most cases, the water meter remains on site for construction use and is protected, while sewer services are disconnected at the property boundary.
