How often will I hear from my CRC/Site Supervisor?

During the pre-site stage, your dedicated Customer Relationship Coordinator (CRC) will be in touch with you on a fortnightly basis, and more frequently if required as milestones are reached.

Once construction commences, you’ll hear from your on-site CRC and Site Supervisor on a rotating weekly basis (one week from your CRC, and the next from your Site Supervisor) so you’re kept regularly informed as works progress on site.
