What does “site clearing” mean and who is responsible?

Before construction starts, the site must be clear of debris such as rubbish, rocks, long grass and trees (above and below ground). Site clearing is the owner’s responsibility. If it’s not completed on time, we may arrange it for you and charge the cost via a variation.
