Site Meetings

At key stages of construction, you will have the opportunity to meet with your Site Supervisor, either on site or via phone or video (Zoom or Teams). We’ll be in touch at each major stage claim unless another arrangement has been agreed. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your availability, site visits are subject to supervisor availability.

Your safety, and the safety of our employees and trades, is our top priority. Construction sites can be hazardous, so we ask that site visits are kept to a minimum and only occur by prior arrangement with your Site Supervisor. Enclosed footwear must be worn at all times.

These safety requirements also apply to private inspectors who must be properly qualified and registered building practitioners. Children aged 15 years or older may attend the Practical Completion Inspection (PCI) with prior approval from your Site Supervisor.  All visitors to the site must strictly comply with our Occupational, Health and Safety requirements and OH&S legislation. This also includes any contractors that you may have engaged to carry out work separate from us.

If you have any questions about site visits, please refer to your HIA Contract or speak directly with your Site Supervisor.
