We recommend setting aside the full day for your appointment. In Melbourne, appointments run from 8.30am to 4.30pm. In Queensland, South Australia and for regional customers, appointments start at 9am. Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time to settle in and start on time. As it’s a full-day appointment, we recommend making childcare arrangements where possible.

Your floorplan and facade are already confirmed at this stage. The appointment focuses on selecting your internal and external finishes. While changes to the floorplan or facade can’t be made, fittings and fixtures can still be adjusted.
