What is a standard inclusion? 

A ‘standard inclusion’ refers to the products and finishes that are included as part of your chosen Simonds home design range (e.g. Emerge, Elevate, Elite or Masterpiece). This can include internal and external colours, fixtures, fittings and appliances.

Your Sales Consultant or Presite CRC will provide you with a copy of of your standard inclusions. Any upgrades or alternative options will also be outlined at your Gallery appointment helping you make informed decisions that suit your style, needs and budget.
