When can I move in?

As you near the end of your build, we understand that you’ll be tempted to organise removalists or give notice to your landlord. However, your timeline to Handover is best discussed with your Site Supervisor during your Practical Completion Sign-Off (PCS), as there are still a number of steps that need to be completed before we hand over the keys. To help make this as smooth as possible, it’s important that you submit the final invoice to your lending authority as soon as you receive it to avoid any delays caused by your bank/broker.
