Who is my main point of contact?
Your CRC and Site Supervisor will stay in regular touch with you during your build and will be your best point of contact.
Before construction begins, your dedicated Customer Relationship Coordinator (CRC) will be your main point of contact and will guide you through the pre-site stage of your building journey.
Once construction commences, you’ll be introduced to a dedicated on-site CRC and your Site Supervisor. From that point, they will be the primary contacts that will support you throughout the entire construction phase.
