At the time of signing your contract, you would have signed the AGL consent form to connect your home as our trades require power on-site at all stages of construction. Over the course of your build, you’ll receive utility bills charged to you for usage as well as the initial connection fee. For more details on the approximate connection cost, you can refer to your HIA Contract. Although we engage AGL for all our builds, you’re more than welcome to move to another provider once your Settlement is complete
