Why hasn't my site started yet?
Before construction can begin, there are a few important milestones that need to be completed. Some of these may still be underway for your new home:
These include:
- Final approvals or permits
- Construction drawings and engineering
- Site readiness checks, including access, safety, services and fencing
- Service authority approvals or works (water, power, sewer, NBN)
- Trade scheduling, so work can commence smoothly once on site

Outstanding customer information, where we don’t yet have everything required to proceed

This can include:

Unconditional finance approval

Signed contracts, drawings or documentation

Confirmation that all existing structures on the site have been removed
Until all required information is received and confirmed, construction cannot commence.
