Why is my build taking longer than expected?

Most homes progress through construction smoothly and on schedule. Occasionally, delays can occur due to factors such as safety requirements, weather conditions, material availability, approvals from external authorities, or changes requested during the build. If a delay is expected, we’ll keep you informed and work to minimise its impact wherever possible.
